Description:

Production Support / Systems Implementation Analyst. Surrey to GBP 25,000. Our client requires a well presented articulateindividual with very strong spoken and written communications skills. You will have at least 18 months within an ITSupport environment and ideally have ITIL and / or MCSE qualifications. Knowledge of SQL (basic administration andmaintenance), IIS - installing and configuring applications on websites and configuring directories; Windows 2000 and2003 administration and support with ideally experience of build and set up; Understanding and experience of TCP/IP withexposure to switches, routers and general network topology. Any knowledge of general maintenance / monitoring softwaretools would be highly advantageous. This position offers exposure to and career progression into a full Production QA andTesting environment so any interest and experience of documentation of processes and procedures would also be veryadvantageous.
