Production Manager / Works ManagerSalary GBP 37,000 - GBP 41,000Location; MiddlesexA Production Manager is needed by a Middlesex based manufacturer due to sustained growth within the Company. AsProduction Manager, reporting to the Managing Director, you will take on a key role within the production environmenthaving close involvement with the day to day activities.Can you meet the challenge?You will have responsibility for a workforce of 30-40 people in a low-medium volume engineering environment. You willco-ordinate the various activities ensuring equipment is available as necessary, overcoming production and quality issuesfor both manufacturing and assembly aspects.You will ideally have a good understanding of manufacturing processes and have previous experience of managing andleading a team.
