Description:

REQUIREMENT:Experienced Production Manager required to join a mid-sized electronics manufacturing and production facility based inthe West Midlands. The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:1.) 5 + years experience in the production engineering field, with at least 2 years in a production management positionin an electronics and electrical production environment i.e. PCB manufacturing.2.) Experience managing production teams or at least 25 individuals.3.) Excellent knowledge of Inventory Control, Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement issues.4.) Excellent man management, organisational and communication skills.5.) Committed professional with drive and initiative to improve the organisations efficiency in all aspects ofproduction/ manufacturing.
