Our client is a successful manufacturing organisation based in Fife. As a result of their continuing success, they arelooking to recruit an experienced Production Engineer.The purpose of this role is to provide manufacturing engineering solutions on existing products, new products andprocesses within manufacturing.Key responsibilities include: Taking complete ownership of manufacturing processes Providing manufacturing support to customers and suppliers Resolving quality issues , identifying root cause and devising corrective action plans Analysis and improvement of processes and operating efficiencies Lean Manufacturing, quality, methods, layout, toolsetc Development of new processes and NPIThe successful candidate will have: An HND in an engineering discipline At least 5 years experience in electronic Production Engineering Experience in NPI and Lean Manufacturing Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsIn addition, you will be an enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude.
