My Client, based on the south coast of Hampshire, is looking for a Production Engineer with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in Production Engineering in a high-precision environment. The role will include managing and driving key projects for the improvement of their product and process performance, reliability and cost in all product areas. You will also need to provide training to production operators in assembly and testing. The ideal candidate needs to have a degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
