: Product Support Engineer - Gloucestershire One of the worlds largest manufacturers of security equipment for all types of commercial and domestic premises. We are looking for a Product Support Engineer whose main responsibility will be to provide our customers with technical support via the telephone in over 20 international market places. The position will also have responsibility for evaluating company literature, providing technical support on product field trials and providing input for new product specifications. Applicants must have a proven technical background in electronics whilst an electronics qualification and/or a working knowledge of BS4737/EN50131 standards would be an advantage. An excellent telephone manner and a flexible and positive attitude are essential, as is the necessity to be completely customer service focused.
