This is an interesting role where you willbe working as part of a team offering support to clients via the phone, email and going out to client sites to makerecommendations and help with the installation of the security systems. Other good points about this role are that youget to work in teams testing the security systems and making recommendations on new product releases. You must also havegood customer care / communication skills, this role would suit someone with a good technical knowledge on intruderalarms; you will previously have worked as an alarm installation engineer, alarm sales consultant or similar.
