: This role is ideally suited to an engineering or scientific graduate with a minimum of 2 years experience in the vacuum, pump or related engineering discipline. Further you will have a strong Marketing, Product Management or Sales support background, with experience of Product development, new and existing market development, Market strategy, Marketing forecasts and plans and preferable have experience in the after market sector (not a pre-requisite). Further you will be commercially astute, have strong communication and negotiation skills and have the ability to work as part of a team of regional product, market and sales managers. The salary for the role is GBP 30k-GBP 35k, plus excellent company benefits and good progression opportunities.
