Description:

You will be responsible for the creation and implementation of marketing plans to maximise the recruitment of new membersinto a number of our niche interest clubs using all types of direct marketing.You must be able to understand and keepup-to-date with market influences, trends and opportunities, as well as have experience in all aspects of running acampaign, from identifying strong media opportunities, the type of campaign, strong product choice and offer, to creatingnew member promotion from concept to print: write hard working copy, proofread and work closely with designers. You willalso need experience in creating, monitoring and achieving budgets, as well as producing analysis reports, managing stockand the drive to ensure all procedures, schedules and deadlines are adhered to.Ideally you will be educated to a degreelevel or possess a marketing qualification and have at least 3 years experience within a relevant environment. Anexcellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook is essential, as well as good communications skills. You willalso need to be enthusiastic, able to work under pressure and enjoy working as part of a busy team.
