ResponsibilitiesThe Product Engineer is responsible for: All telecom technology and usability aspects of the software product Researching, collating and documenting feature requirements (this will involve liaising with telecom equipment vendors& network operators) Ensure requirements are satisfied during the design and implementation phases Carry out usability & quality control checks on new features Analyse competitor tools Providing technical input to the Technical Literature Group for product documentation and application note generation Providing telecom consultancy services to the Product Support and Sales teams. Providing technical tools support to the Telecoms Consultancy DepartmentCapabilities Ability to work within a team and as an individual Strong interpersonal and communication skills for both internal and external personnel Good time management skills
