Description:

Technical Support Engineer required to participate in on site assistance, commissioning, acceptance and handover ofcustomer systems.Must have typically between 3 - 7 years telecommunications/IT experience.Experience in customer technical or service situations that require excellent interpersonal skills.CCNP a must.Strong router skills gained from an ISP, operator, service provider or manufacturer environment.BGP an advantage, and must have detailed knowledge of Martini/pseudo-wire circuits and VPLS.The successful candidate must live within commuting distance of High Wycombe.
