My client is looking to recruit a Principal Systems Engineer for the system & architecture specification of the baseband of a WLAN modem. Responsibilities include: Modelling of Baseband, RF & wireless channels; DSP architectural analysis; Algorithmic analysis; Systems integration; Prototyping. The successful candidate will have around 10 yrs commercial experience in Algorithms Design and 2 yrs+ of wireless systems. Key skills required: DSP architecture, C/Matlab/Simulink, OFDM, WLAN, RF issues. Knowledge of MIMO & LDPC coding is an advantage.
