Description:

You will be required to design functionality within the radio access networks to offer performance improvements, improve network cost efficiencies and to accomodate ongoing evolution requirements.To review internally network requirements. To develop concepts for new or enhanced functionality. To negotiate with Suppliers new functional requirements and secure developments. To design functionality (e.g. parameter settings, user guides) for network introduction. To review any design issues and develop solutions.Essential Experience:Degree or equivalent in technical related subject (could be Science, Maths, Telecommunications etc). Minimum 8 years work experience with preferably at least two years working for a network Operator.Good knowledge and experience of Powerpoint, Word, Excel essential.Good interpersonal skills essential. Must be able to work in a multicultural environment and do so effectively when communicating remotely with occaisional face to face contact. Good networking skills. Good ability to work with peers, subordinates and most importnatly superiors. Must be able to extract the relevant and important from information received and translate to inform, escalte or create action.Apply for immediate consideration
