They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Principal Ecologist to join and develop their existing team.Responsibilities will include managing a team of ecologists conducting EIA, EcIA and habitat and protected speciessurveys. The role will also involve training and mentoring less experienced members of the team. Other duties willinclude contributing to the production of landscape and ecology strategies for clients as well as business development.Applicants must possess at least 5 years relevant experience, ideally in a consulting capacity where both surveys andEIAs have been performed. Experience of project and staff management is essential as is IEEM membership. A first degreein a relevant subject is required and a Masters degree in Environmental Science would is preferable.
