My client provides a comprehensive portfolio of solutions and professional services to the leading infrastructureengineering organizations around the globe. One of the largest software companies in the world, their rapid expansion hasled to the requirement for an enthusiastic Pre Sales Engineer to join their team. The main purpose of the role will seeyou present, as part of a sales team, demonstrations that promote their Process and Instrumentation Workgroup (PIW)software applications, with particular attention on adding value to the sales opportunity, and identifying the businessdrivers to support the necessary investment. You will deliver software product training and consultancy to clients, andpresent workshops, seminars, demonstrations and general sales/market activities as required. Post sales support andassistance to clients with deployments of PIW solutions generally will complete the cycle for which you, as part of theteam, will receive commission on successful business wins. To be considered you should bring 3+ years experience inProcess and Instrumentation, with all round capability in the detailed design field of Instrumentation Control, Safetyand F&G systems. Exposure to Fieldbus, AutoCAD and/or Microstation are preferable as is a working knowledge of SQL.Industry sector is not important.
