Main tasks:> Customer-specific implementations, related technical tasks, including defining architectures, configuring software andimplementing reports> Provide solutions to customers through troubleshooting, research/ investigation and driving engineering solutions whilemaintaining constant communication> Mentor new Support and Consulting Engineers> Provide assistance to field consultants at customer sites> Develop knowledgebase solutions for use by customers> Participate in test cycles of new products.ESSENTIAL SKILLS:~ 5 years providing direct support to customers (i.e. Technical Support, Consulting services) and/or software engineeringexperience implementing packaged applications, preferably financial applications software~ 2 years supporting business applications such as CRM, ERP, Financials etc~ In-depth understanding of Windows operating system, knowledge of Unix, Linux a plus~ Two or more of the following: In-depth understanding of web-based applications and J2EE Application Server technology,including JSP, Servlets, BEA WebLogic, or IBM WebSphere~ 3 years experience with programming XML, Java using OO concepts, in a commercial environment~ Oracle or other major commercial relational database system~ Presentation, writing/interpersonal skills, customer-oriented attitude.
