Main tasks:> Implementation of the clients suite of products> Troubleshooting customers application issues> Identify and document future sales opportunities> Profile and document customer applications> Profile and document customer networks> Create and deliver world class training courses> Pre sales activities.Required Skills:~ 24 years work experience~ Good working knowledge of LAN and WAN technologies (switching & Routing)~ Exceptional knowledge of Server Operating Systems (including Windows NT, 2000, UNIX & HP-UX, AIX, SUN Solaris)~ Must have customer facing skills~ Exceptional working knowledge of database technologies~ Experience of systems and application management technologies~ Professional Services engagement delivery skills are desirable but not essential.Personal Qualities:# Enthusiastic can do attitude is required# Interpersonal skills should be exceptional# Strong communicational skills, both written and verbal are expected# Learn quickly and think outside of the normal situation# Must have exceptional troubleshooting ability.Additional InformationThis exciting role working with some of the best technologists in the country is open to an enthusiastic technologist whowishes to move into a more customer-facing role.
