A large blue chip Company is now looking for a Planning Manager. The ideal candidate must be of a graduate calibre andhave 4 years experience gained within an FMCG industry.Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible forThe Planning, Systems and Training teams through effective delegation, objective setting and monitoring. Supply the ShiftManagers with accurate information to Maximise labour and asset utilisationMonitor the standard of operational procedural activityEffectively plan and review all major warehouse activitiesCommunicate all major warehouse activities to all parties involved, internal and external.Plan and allocate manpower, in discussion with Shift Managers.Monitor, advise and manage workload volumes via Goods In and Despatch Schedulers.Health and SafetyContribute to site and divisional projects and initiatives.
