: Our client, one of the UK's largest construction companies, are seeking a Planner to work in Oxford, on a prestigious new build and refurbishment project, in excess of GBP 100 million. The company offers a complete range of services, from construction right through to facilities management, so good long-term career prospects exist for dedicated and ambitious persons. They provide the aforementioned services to all major market sectors including retail, commercial, healthcare, law & order, education, leisure, residential and government. The job will require the successful person to plan both new build and refurbishment works, and the client will want someone who is quite versatile, as the project work will be both on site and pre-construction.You will ideally have experience of planning PFI projects, and a strong building background. Software used by this client is Powerproject, so a good working knowledge of this software is essential. Remuneration for this position will be approximately GBP 35,000 per annum, but depending on the skills of the persons, the client will pay up to GBP 40,000 per annum, plus benefits (Benefits will include MPP scheme, car / car allowance + healthcare).
