Summary of Accountabilities & Responsibilities1. Financial/Commercial:Deliver sales and profit in line with agreed budgets.Manage costs in line with pharmacy key performance indicators (KPI's).Proactively manage shrinkage in line with pharmacy KPI's.2. Operational:Deliver consistently high standards.Compliance with Company policy and standard operating procedures.Pharmacy layout to agreed Company plan.Effective stock management to deliver optimum availability.3. People:Motivate and manage your team to deliver consistently good standards andresults.Communicate effectively at all levels within the business.Demonstrate an appropriate management style to influence and developcapability of the pharmacy team.4. Customer:Deliver service standards in line with Company & RPSGB's guidelines.Respond to customer comments efficiently & appropriately.Promote Superdrug to PCT's, Local Medical Practice's & other relevant community organisations.These duties are not exhaustive and in accordance with the needs of the business, you may be required to undertake otherduties from time to time.Location: North Yorkshire
