DescriptionSouthern Water are responsible for providing wastewater services across Kent, Sussex, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.The Asset Maintenance & Performance team manage our plant assets across the region.This post can be based at Brighton, Hastings or Chatham depending on candidate location. You will be responsible forproviding analytical support to the team and assisting with the reduction of sewerage blockages and pollutions.Main duties will include:- Creation of specialist reports (COGNOS, Mapinfo)- Setting and monitoring of Business Operational Indicators- Formulation of reporting strategies- Liasing with field teams on investigations and more efficient ways of working- Managing period maintenance reviewsEducated to HNC/HND or equivalent in an engineering discipline, you will have previous experience working in Sewerage.Membership of an Engineering Institution would be advantageous.A strategic, lateral and forward thinker with the ability to undertake work outside their core discipline is essential.With good numeracy, literacy, analytical and IT skills you will have proven data analysis skills as well as reportconstruction and communication skills. A full UK driving licence is essential.
