: 15/11Our client is a growing & dynamic organisation that exists to provide corporate-grade support to small and medium enterprises within the City and greater LONDON. We have an exciting opportunity for a field support PC / MAC engineer. In order to apply for this role you must already have 2 - 3 years PC support experience and have one or two MCP's or more, PLUS one year's (current) working experience of supporting MACs. Must haves: Strong written English skills Willingness to travel in and around central London. 4 days in 5 are out of the office. Excellent customer-facing skills, both face-to-face and telephone Strong server experience, especially Active Directory and Exchange Minimum of 6 months field experience. Willingness to work occasional weekends / late nights (paid, of course). Need to have a driving licence.
