Description:

You will have proven staff management skills and a good understanding of both the payroll and HR functions. Supervising a team of 10 staff you will be instrumental in the timely production of staff payrolls, ensure legislative procedures are adhered to and review and provide analysis, to assist with the commercial management of the business, on Employee costs including FTE and staff turnover and compile Remuneration and Benefits statistics. Furthermore you will manage a comprehensive recruitment service to all areas of the Company.
