Part-time Technical Coordinator - Household Products, Ref: 12707 DWOur client is part of a leading international developer of laundry, household cleaning and personal care products. Theyhave a permanent part-time requirement to assist in maintaining and monitoring of the technical department systems /programmes.Responsibilities:--Co-ordinate the creation/amendments of internal specifications-Data input of new product specifications, Bills of Materials, Route and Inventory Control details, and ensuring thatchanges are advised to and authorised by the relevant departments.-Compile and authorise customer technical specifications in a timely manner and to the specific requirements ofindividual customers.-Maintaining spreadsheets and prepare and provide monthly reports.-Provide customers, as required, with technical data pertaining to their products.-Collection of Health & Safety information for all raw materials and distribution of the data.-Dealing with general enquiries from suppliers and customers as necessary.-Control the administration of customer complaints, dealing with complaints correspondence, written or electronically-Printing and filing of all relevant documentation.The working hours will be 21 hours a week across Wednesday to Friday. Interested candidates will have a flexible approachto working hours, have some previous experience in an office environment, will be computer literate with the ability towork on your own as well as part of a team.Based in East Yorkshire, this is a permanent position offering a salary of to circa GBP 15,000 pro-rata.
