The Role:You'll be an organised and methodical Team Assistant to the, Director of Quality Management and Head of BusinessContinuity Planning and also provide departmental support for a team of approximately 12 staff within the department.You'll ensure Orange processes and records are maintained - namely holiday, sickness, monthly reporting and financereporting, stationary orders and room bookings for team members.Also you'll time manage diaries for Director and HOD and make appropriate preparations and arrangements for meetingswhere possible, and administer team related documentation where appropriate.Must Haves:You'll need to demonstrate the following experience:- Proven PA/TA experience and good interpersonal and organisational skills.- Excellent time management skills.- Highly proficient in all MS Office applications.Nice to Haves:It would be great if you have these skills too:- French Language skills.- Previous experience in a technical or telecom environment.The Department:Both departments are Group Based, responsible for Quality and BCP across all countries of the Orange group.Departments have a very high profile within the Orange Organisation.Location: Bristol |
