To creatively and proactively source overseas employees with the necessary sills, co-ordinate correspondence with retained employees from season to season, ensuring good customer service, knowledge...This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruitment co-ordinator to join this Brighton based travel company.You will be required to co-ordinate and be responsible for the staffing, recruitment and administration of all the companys overseas hospitality and active overseas employees. To creatively and proactively source overseas employees with the necessary sills, co-ordinate correspondence with retained employees from season to season, ensuring good customer service, knowledge and continuity in as many resorts as possible, monitor contracts and to assist in all aspects of the overseas HR administration and recruitment function as required.The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of word and excel, accurate keyboard skills, strong organisational skills, be a creative thinker, self-motivated and proactive together with a friendly, appropriate and positive attitude. You must also have worked within hospitality and/or the active holiday industry, previous recruitment/HR experience and knowledge of HR law and practices both in UK and operating countries. |
