This large West Sussex based telecommunications company is seeking an Order Management Specialist.You will be responsible for:validating and accurately process through the different systems the varying types of customer purchase orders for stock,complex solutions, software and special pricing related deals,dealing with customers over the phone and keeping them informed at all times,online purchase ordering, owning and distributing spreadsheet information and working on ad hoc projects requested bymanagement,The successful candidate should have the ability to not be phased by continuous changing in technology and varioussystems, although training will be given on in house systems, you will also have worked in a customer facing role and beable to provide excellent customer handling skill together with previous experience in order processing/purchasingtogether with a basic knowledge of ERPsystems.Huntress Search Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
