Main function(s) of postTo manage and co-ordinate payment sales orders (Banks and other partners, mainly debit cards and NDS (Industry andGovernment)) providing pre and post sales support in a customer facing roleTo act in pivotal role liasing with technical and production departments to ensure customer requirements are handled andmet in an efficient and timely mannerTo provide sales support to Account ManagersMain duties and tasksA OFFERSGeneral preparing cost and price calculation for offersGeneration and presentation of offersEnsuring information presented in offers is accurateGenerate offers to agreed timescalesUnderstand commercial implications of offers looking for opportunities to gain additional revenueB ORDER PROCESSINGGeneral process sales orders, Purchase Orders and Invoices through SAPEnsure SAP work is generated in a timely manner to agreed timescalesEnsure all SAP work is accurate and well presentedC REPORTING Generate and check reports and ensure they are accurate and well presentedD COMMUNICATION Ensure customer queries are answered in and efficient and timely manner Enable the best standard of communication between their customers, written and verbalCheck and take responsibility for accuracy of all communications with customersE RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENTUnderstand the contract, contractual obligations and implications of requests outside the contract fullyManage customer projects / requirements liaising with the customer and internal departments to ensure successfulimplementationsGenerally be proactive in your work and communications looking for ways to improve internal procedures andcommunications with customersFOR MORE INFO PLEASE MAIL CV
