The main responsibilities of the role will be: Team & People Management Project & Service Delivery Management and Business & Financial Management Responsibility for deliveries including work allocation and resource management Lead their team to achieve levels of service that exceed service targets/aspirations and client expectations Succession planning for the whole of the team Provide a well structured working environment in which the team are service focused and motivated Providing a first point of escalation for the team in respect of service/delivery issues Performance and development of staff Monitoring the quality of the service and influencing continuous improvement.
