Our client requires a self-motivated and highly creative Optical Consultant Engineer / Physicist to take the lead in partnership with some of the worlds leading companies, working to demanding timescales. Qualified to PhD level you will have an excellent academic record (minimum 1st or 2:1) and excellent communication skills. Key skills include strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex optical problems, in-depth experience of numerical simulation tools such Zeemax, experimental optical system design/fabrication/test. Experience with imaging systems essential. Project management experience is highly desirable.
