Description:

Responsibilities include:Providing technical input & consultancy for re-mortgage and conveyancing case loads. Providing independent QualityControl/Audit. Reviewing cases which can generate financial loss. Provide recommendations to change processs. Providefeedback to management and staff for improvement opportunity. Input into operational strategy. Provide training sessionsand 'help' surgeries. Undertake performance management of own team (4-6 people).
