My client in that is a market leader in the provision of CRM and Contact Centre solutions in the UK has an opportunity inits East Midlands offices, near Leicester, for a Customer Relationship/Operations Manager.The role comes with a diverse range of responsibilities including:Strategy and planning for future workloads, by using KPIs and Management information.Workload management day to day operational management of a number of teams and meetings and guidance with various teamleaders and managers.Quality Audits including the review of ISO procedures.Health and Safety ensuring compliance within the workplaceStaff Management recruiting, training and managing direct reports.This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast growing business, and ideally you will have 3 years experience workingin an operational management position, with exposure to areas including HR, Finance/Cost Management, Staff Management,Analysis, Strategic Planning.Salary is negotiable up to GBP 28,500 and to apply please send your CV to Henry Keeys at Timothy James Consulting.
