Following the recent announcement of a major partnering agreement worth nearly 10m over 5 years, a dynamic and experienced manager is sought to undertake operational responsibility for the successful delivery of housing maintenance and repairs services, in line with contractual and implied obligations and the organisation's Business Plan. The role will be based at the head office in the Milton Keynes area. The successful candidate will have control of four operational depots, and a direct workforce of 200 operatives. Applicants should have proven operational experience at senior management level within the housing maintenance and repairs industry.
