: This highly respected engineering consultancy is involved in many large complex projects within the nuclear, power, defence and transport industries. As a joint appointment within the Design and Engineering Solutions Group between Nuclear and Power and Design and Programme Management, an Operations Director is now required to lead the establishment and operation of the design organisation. Successful candidates will possess significant experience in leading large multi-disciplined design projects, business management, client management at senior level and exposure to working within highly regulated industries. Your responsibilities will include being the prime point of contact with clients, successful delivery of projects, development of future initiatives in line with business plans, providing timely and effective reporting to clients and senior management and to manage profit and cash flow with respect to agreed principles.
