Description:

PurposeTo assume responsibility for establishing the strategic operational direction of the Service Portfolio in conjunctionwith the UK Board of Directors and the EMEA team. To provide strategic direction and management leadership to the headsof the Service Lines and the Service Delivery Management team.ScopeManagement responsibility of four key Service Lines:Support ServicesProject ServicesManaged ServicesSupply Chain ManagementManagement responsibility for the Service Delivery Management functionsKey Responsibilities1. Support the Service Line Managers in establishing detailed strategies to ensure The Company can exceed its medium andlong term growth plans.2. Work closely with the Portfolio Director and Sales Director to ensure the Service strategy is aligned with ourcapabilities and the requirements of our customers and the market.3. Work closely with the Technical Services Director to ensure the appropriate resources are available to meet thedemands of our customers.4. Assist the Service Line Managers in formulating relevant strategies and business plans to achieve their objectives.5. Provide thought leadership and direction to the Service Line Managers to help design and develop the services to beprovided.6. Liase with other Client Services and/or Delivery Directors across Europe to help establish a consistent and coherentservice portfolio across the region.7. Establish the key performance indicators within Client Services to ensure the successful achievement of the Companysobjectives.8. Provide operational direction and support to the Client Services team to ensure the key performance indicators can beachieved and/or exceeded.9. Assist the Service Delivery Leads10. Ensure the Service Delivery Managers have a complete understanding of the service portfolio and are effectivelypromoting the portfolio to customers in conjunction with the Sales team.11. Act as a high-level interface and point of escalation for key customer relationships.12. Develop key relationships within The Company to understand the direction of the market and the relevant toolsets andbest practices to be adopted.ESSENTIAL Skills Educated to degree level or equivalent Excellent leadership skills to create and motivate a high performing team At least 10 years experience within the IT services industry Detailed understanding of the IT services market and its future devlopment Proven oral and written communication skills Excellent communicator able to deal with senior management of an organisation
