Theyare an investor, developer and operator of PFI/PPP projects. Due to expansion of the business this position of OperationsDirector has arisen to provide expertise to their business, responsible for the operational management of live projectsin the South of England.Role:Establish an ingoing strategy, contributing to the achievement of financial targets.Develop relationships with investment partners, contractors, operators and clients.Support the bid process managing transitions of contracts through constructionRequirements:You will be a senior manager with significant experience of operating large scale PPP/PFI projects.Have the ability to lead legal and contractual negotiations this is essential.Experience in management of construction phase of projects and transfer of services.Experience of PFI process, preferably in the education sector
