Description:

A national organisation is looking to recruit a French Speaking Operations Assistant to join the companys operationsteam. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for the stock control system and logistics ofequipment from site to site liaising with the European customers and agents. You will be responsible for ensuring allequipment is ready to be transported to the sites and you will monitor its movement ensuring delivery times are met andensuring the stock control system is updated in real time. You will use the companys in-cab communication and satellitenavigation system to control and co-ordinate drivers. The successful candidate will ideally be a graduate fluent inspoken and ideally written French, ideally German as well. They will be outgoing in character and have the confidence andassertiveness required for such a role. Any experience in a similar role or in an operations/logistics environment wouldbe useful. Likewise any experience liaising with European customers would be advantageous.
