Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Working with Rightmove Members (Customers) who range from the major estate agent investors, through to non-investor corporate members and local multi-office companies to single independent offices and new homes builders. * Managing the operational aspects of loading and maintaining the members property information on the site and send them information regarding the service we are providing. * Resolving incoming customer enquiries and complaints. * Liaising with external suppliers and internal technology teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer enquiries. * Testing and implementation of new data transfers. * The role will require significant levels of customer interaction, assisting in dealing with customer enquiries quickly and accurately. In addition, making outbound customer care calls will also be required. THE PERSON: * Graduate preferred, or must have relevant experience * Customer service experience is essential * Data Analysis experience preferred * You strongly believe 'good enough is never good enough' * Analytical and confident with data analysis * Excellent eye for detail and accuracy * Disciplined, organised and thorough * Problem Solver, ability to take ownership & resolve issues * Team player, committed to overall company results * Driven to exceed customer's expectations * Problem solver with the ability to take ownership & resolve issues * Ability to challenge ideas and ask questions * Must be confident in using a PC, particularly competent in Excel and Access
