The role will be to provide operational and domain expertise in the areas of Tactical Datalinks and Network Management to company in support of Marketing, Business Development, Technical strategy and Project Execution tasks. We are therefore looking for outstanding individuals who will be capable of assuming responsibility and authority for decision-making, within their field of expertise , which will have a significant medium to long term effect on the organisation. You will need to have personal presence and a proven track record to be considered an authority in areas of specific knowledge. As a professional individual you must be able to obtain client & user involvement in the projects, and be confident in executing assignments in different organisational cultures. You will need to be capable of preparing and controlling meetings with all levels of staff to a high standard and maintain adequate records and working papers. Should make significant contribution to identifying, proposing and winning further business for the organisation. A pre requisite for this role is to have a background in Tactical Datalinks. The role would be suitable for someone leaving a senior post in the RAF.
