They are ayoung, dynamic company with a truly diverse culture and shared vision of offering Supply Chain solutions to their vastportfolio of blue chip clients.The Role.The Logistics Manager will be based on site with the customer, identifying transportation requirements first hand, whilstalso detecting capabilities from the logistics provider.You will be the strategic interface between the logistics provider and customer, a true collaborator and negotiatortasked with identifying and maintaining a mutually beneficial working relationship.This role would suit an In-House Logistics professional with experience of dealing with 3PLs or vice versa.The Requirements.You will have at least 5 years experience in the UK FMCG sector.You will be a Transport/Logistics professional with experience in high value customer facing roles.You will be Degree educated.You will have experience of high level negotiations and also highly developed emphatic skills a proven performer in amulti-stakeholder environment.Experience of working with SAP would be a great advantage.
