Education1) At least 10 years experience of working in Oil and Gas development.2) Minimimum qualifications: Engineering degree and Chartered Chemical Engineer.Experience1) Demonstrable experience and, strong and up-to-date process engineering knowledge of a significant number of thefollowing areas; offshore and onshore oil and water separation and handling, gas processing, sweetening, dehydration, dewpoint control, NGL extraction, LNG and GTL plants.2) Knowledge and familiarity with industry wide process simulation software.3) Posses the skills to manage their own work, and the work of others.4) Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills5) Experienced in the execution of conceptual studies, optimisation work and front end engineering design of oil and gasprojects.6) Good customer focus and cost awareness.Duties1) Execute and provide technical and supervisory support to all projects in the Group's Oil and Gas portfoliospecialising in oil field development, LNG and/or GTL.2) Involved in conceptual studies, optimisation work and FEEDs in oil and gas, LNG and/or GTL as part of a large team orthe lead of a smaller team.3) Working closely with customers to understand their needs and produce designs and services to meet these needs.4) Provide technical support to business winning activities as required.5) Coach and mentor less experienced staff.Ames Ref 2671 Location UK/ Middle East Salary Negotiable subject to experience
