A firm of consultants based in Edgbaston is seeking an experienced office secretary/manager to provide secretarial andreceptionist services to Regional Manager, Consultants and staff based within the Birmingham Office.This is an autonomous role whereby you will be responsible for the following duties:- Telephone duties, taking calls and messages.- Meeting and greeting visitors.- Ensuring that a sufficient stock of consumables is maintained and liaising with the Admin Support Clerk at Head Officeto order consumables.- Ensuring that the office equipment is regularly serviced and maintained and calling out engineers in the event of anybreakdown, liaising with Head Office / Suppliers / Engineers regarding faults, requirements, etc.Location: BirminghamWhen replying please quote the customer reference number 041219501 for a speedy reply.
