Description:

Duties1. Manage, lead and develop a Customer Relations and Account Management Teams giving advice and guidance where necessary.2. Manage, lead and develop a Sales and Tele Marketing team, in conjunction with the Sales and Marketing Director, toensure it delivers profitable business growth from developing and growing new business relationships.3. Control overheads, maintain the client data bases, handle new clients, end users and complaints, liase with the GroupPayroll Manager, to follow through and resolve client queries and problems, and ensure smooth running of sales andcustomer relations departments.Education/Knowledge/Experience Highly experienced, with a proven track record, of sales management essential. Educated to degree level desirable. Good organisational and project management skills. Ability to execute tasks within deadlines and delegate as appropriate. High standard of written and verbal skills. Excellent IT skills Good standard of influencing and negotiating skills. Ability to train, motivate and support staff. Able to draft & review policies, procedures and processes.Personal Skills Ability to communicate at all levels. Willing and positive attitude. Excellent listening skills. Flexible outlook and team player. Effective presentation skills. Results and achievement focussed. Wanting to set and constantly strive for high standards of excellence.
