Reports To: Senior Project Manager/Programme Manager/Campaign Team LeaderMain Purpose: As a member of the Telemarketing team, the Inbound TelesalesExecutive supports the business plan by meeting and exceeding the clients briefs and expectations.Responsibilities:Meet Targets Achieve and exceed the minimum number of calls and leads per dayProfessional and Effective Telephone Calls Prepare for each call Build rapport and credibility Follow the script Communicate in a professional, confident manner. Listen and respond accordingly Act on information obtained Make the most of every call - Generate leads / make appointments (or whatever is needed for the client).Data gathering and input Complete all the fields on the database during / after each call Complete the notes section on the database during / after each call Be clear, accurate, concise, put as much pertinent information as possible and ensure it is unambiguous andreflects exactly what happened in the call.Professionalism Always arrive in time to start at 8.00/9.00 am. Always arrive back from breaks on time. Smart business dress must be worn 4 days a week (smart casual dress can be worn on Fridays). Must be a team player Must be well groomed. Must have a positive approach, be flexible, outcome orientated and self-motivated. Always courteous and polite. Offer feedback on campaigns. Offer feedback on scripts. Learn and fully understand each brief allocated. Share ideas. Must have a questioning approach to identify opportunities, challenge the status quo and always ask if unsure.Knowledge Computer literate, ideally experienced in using databases. Ideally Knowledge & understanding of Apple products Ideally experience of selling on the phone.Skills Minimum 6 months inbound call centre experience Excellent communication skills. Good written English, able to summarise conversations accurately and unambiguously. Mother tongue level Norwegian & Swedish Be well organised. Use Initiative. Attention to detail. Quick learner. Able to self-assess.Attitude Self motivated. Professional. Confident and friendly. Target driven. Punctual. Energetic and dynamic. Positive. Flexible. Courteous and polite. Good questioning approach. Hard working. Team player. Creative and innovative. Pride. Determination. Ambition.Salary will be between GBP 14-18K per annum depending on experience.Natural Born Billers is a recruitment agency and recruitment business.
