Aided bystateoftheart technology & latest industry methods, you will play a vital part in the distribution centre operation inthe achievement of balanced targets in the areas of people, operations, customers & finance. In addition they will ensurethe processes are managed within our Clients Health and Safety, Legal and Security policy framework.Skills:You will need to demonstrate the ability to translate our Clients vision into how you and your nightshift team operatenightly, as well as a hands on approach to succeed in a demanding environment.This is a frontline role leading nightshift warehouse staff and championing excellence, which requires two to three yearsmanagement experience, ideally, though not essentially within a distribution or retail environment.As an experienced leader of people you will have the proactive ability to challenge existing practices and drive throughchange to benefit the business.Excellent analytical, organisation and communication skills coupled with influencing skills and teamwork, will alreadyhave ensured your success as a supervisor or manager.If you want to grow both yourself and those around you, then by joining our Client you will receive quality training anddevelopment, together with excellent career prospects.The salary range is GBP 29250 - 36000. The successful candidates starting salary will be determined by the candidatesskill set and experience.
