My client, a large and very successful independant firm of Estate Agents, seek a New Homes Sales Negotiator to help develop the business through selling new homes and assisting sales as necessary to a successful completion, whilst using effective communication and people skills, to ensure a professional image is displayed to the customer. Working hours are 10am-5pm five days out of seven, working three out of every four weekends.Essential skills:Previous property experience or customer service/sales experience Excellent Communication Skills Outgoing personality Ability to think on you feet Preferable skills:Previous new homes experience
