My Client is a leading provider of secure ITsolutions and a developer of innovative businesscritical software applications.IT Security New Business Sales ConsultantReporting To: Sales ManagerPurpose of Job: To generate, actively pursue, andclose sales opportunities in the eSecurity arena.Consistently meet agreed targets.Salary Package:GBP 25-35K Basic GBP 80K OTE (experience dependant)Scope:To be fully familiar with company's key offerings:- Perimeter Security Secure Virtual Networking Content Security Employee Internet Management Corporate Governance/Compliance Application Development Services Services and SupportTo work with clients and prospects to understandtheir business objectives and requirements and todesign solutions to meet those needs. To producedetailed, accurate written quotations, whichemphasise the benefits of the solution beingoffered.To develop an excellent personal workingrelationship with customers and prospects andprovide a first class leading level of service.Generating customer meetings and presenting thecompany and solutions in a compelling andprofessional manner.To forge excellent personal and businessrelationships with key suppliers leveraging salesopportunities wherever possible.To ensure that all information on the Company LeadManagement System is accurate and constantlyupdated.To keep up to date on all relevant technical issuesand to participate in training programmes, leadingto formal accreditations with key vendors andpartners.To recognise that company's eSecurity department isin a significant growth phase and that this rolewill demand a flexible approach based on a firm setof systems and procedures.To contribute ideas at team meetings to the benefitof future marketing and sales strategies.
