They will be a self starter, independent and proactive. They will relishchallenges, and will be more than comfortable meeting and exceeding targets. With well developed communication skills andstrong commercial acumen, our New Business Consultant will be able to demonstrate a proven ability to investigate, targetand successfully win new client accounts from a completely cold start. Additionally, the company has a large prospectlist, which will be handed over to the Consultant to follow up and convert into business. Our web site generates newbusiness enquiries, as well as email and telephone, which need to be qualified and followed up by the New BusinessConsultant. The individual will be a skilled presenter, able to build relationships quickly at all levels, both on thetelephone and face to face. We anticipate our NBC will be in the field mostly, spending approximately one day per week inthe office.The successful individual will be well educated, articulate, mobile, confident, and polished. Theyll have sound peopleskills, integrity, diplomacy, and a great sense of humour.Youll find our company a motivating, inspiring, progressive and rewarding place to be. An excellent flexible and happy working environment awaits the right person.Starting salary of GBP 25k - GBP 30k p.a. with OTE of GBP 35k 45k, plus full company expenses including fuel expenses, fullyexpensed company mobile phone and company laptop PC. A quality company car will be provided following a satisfactoryfirst years sales performance.We have a standard three month probationary period. No new business is expected in the first month as this is theinduction period but sales targets will be in place for month 2 and 3 of the probationary period.Sales targets are currently a minimum of GBP 10k of new business per month in the first 6 months rising to 12k pr mth inmonth 7 of the first year. These will be reviewed after the first year.
