Your role will involve the configuration and integration of network security management tools similar to Micromuse Netcool. You will document the process for its use, capturing and presenting the data in a standardised format. You will also integrate and test bespoke enterprise level software systems (at least two major implementations), plus all on-going support and development. You will have excellent communication skills, and be involved in support, integration and testing for new product and service releases.
