My client who is based in Scotland are looking for a very strong Network and Infrastructure engineer to join theirprojects team. This role will involve a full range of supporting global 24/7 web based applications including operationalproduction support activities as well as support from server support, helpdesk support through to desk side support, newmachine/application installation, user administration and support of other systems including backup, anti-virus andremote access systems. You will have experience networking in an IT environment & have diagnosed TCP/IP issues. You willbe familiar installing & managing a Windows 2000/2003 server & AD Infrastructure & exchange 2000/2003. It is notessential but beneficial if you have knowledge of Cisco & client-server applications based on Java J2EE. You must have aminimum of 4 years experience in a similar role with excellent communication skills and team leading capabilities.
